To strenghthen our pool of auditors we are especially looking for: directors (chair of audit team), medical oncologists, surgeons and clinical research specialists. However, the other disciplines are also very welcome to register.
Three groups of auditors have been trained. The training is provided by a trainer from Kerteza.
Training dates
- May 2007 (7 auditors)
- March 2009 (7 auditors)
- November 2009 (15 auditors)
Currently there are around 30 auditors available for doing a peer review visit on site of the applicant (cancer) centre. The auditors have a position related to cancer care:
- Medical director,
- breast cancer nurse,
- head nurse of oncology outpatient department,
- pathologist,
- medical specialist,
- researcher,
- quality assurance manager,
- staffmember,
- manager diagnostic department,
- head of nursing department,
- performance manager,
- manager training and education department,
- head of clinical trail office,
- lung specialist,
- microbiologist.
