IPO Porto in Portugal was the first centre that applied to the Accreditation & Designation Programme. On the picture from left-right: past OECI President Marco Pierotti - Director of IPO Porto José Laranja Pontes - chairwoman of the A&D Group Mahasti Saghatchian. IPO Porto is designated as Comprehensive Cancer Centre.

After IPO Porto also IPO Coimbra in Portugal applied in the programme: CEO of the Board Carlos Santos received the certificate. IPO Coimbra is designated as Clinical Cancer Centre.

In Spain, FIVO Valencia is the first cancer centre that reveived the OECI certificate and that is designated as Clinical Cancer Centre. In the middle left, President of the Board Antonion Llombart-Bossch (left) and member of the Board of Directors Manuel Llombart Fuertes (right).

In the United Kingdom The Christie NHS Foundation Trust was the first centre that is rewarded with the certificate. Accreditation coordinator in The Christie and Quality Performance Manager Marie Hosey and Medical Director Chris Harisson show their certificate on the picture. The Christie is designated as Comprehensive Cancer Centre.

The hosting cancer centre of the 2011 OECI General Assembly, NKI-AVL in Amsterdam has received the OECI certificate as the first Dutch cancer centre. On the picture the new OECI President and Director in the NKI-AVL Wim van Harten. NKI-AVL is designated as Comprehensive Cancer Centre.
